Pal Orthodontic Lab provides postage-paid mailing labels to all of our customers for shipping cases to our lab. Free boxes and packaging supplies are also provided. All packages are returned to your office using UPS to ensure the prompt delivery of your patients’ appliances. Overnight return services are available at an extra charge. Please call before sending a rush case to discuss shipping options.
Shipping Instructions: To ensure accurate identification of each case we ask that every model or impression is labeled properly and has an accompanying prescription form before being placed in the box for shipping. To avoid unnecessary damage during shipping, we request that each impression and model be wrapped individually and firmly secured within the box.
Color Chart
Your appliances can be made in a variety of colors and special designs.If your patiient has a specific decal they would like to have incorporated in their appliance please include it with your perscription. Please make sure that the image is no larger than a penny.
